Jigsaw puzzle
Here you can engage in an online meditation: the jigsaw puzzle meditation. Choose a puzzle and locate the matching pieces. Simply start connecting your first pieces and observe the picture growing larger.
Choose a Puzzle
The first puzzle was invented in 1766 by John Spilsbury in Great Britain. His initial puzzle was crafted from a thin wooden plate featuring the map of Great Britain. The pieces were separated by cutting them out with a jigsaw.
This puzzle doesn’t require much concentration or a strong mental focus. You can easily manipulate the pieces with your fingers or mouse and assemble them. Once two matching pieces are connected, they form a cohesive unit. Take a moment to slow down, shift your focus from daily stressors to the puzzle game. You’ll gradually experience a sense of peace and relaxation.
